Parents of ACS students,

Now that we are entering the latter part of the summer break, there are several pieces of information that you all need to know. 

• The first day of school is coming up (too) soon: Wednesday, August 5. 

• Our parent orientation meeting will be Monday, August 3 at 7:00 PM. 

• For parents whose students were approved for the CHOOSE Act program this year,

• You should have received and submitted your proof of enrollment form from ACS before the June 30 deadline passed. If you did not submit that yet, please let us know immediately. 

• If you did submit your proof of enrollment form, then the next day (July 1) $7,000 was placed in each of your students' Educational Savings Accounts (ESA).

• Within the next week or so, you will be receiving a tuition and fees invoice from ACS. You will then need to upload your invoice to your Class Wallet portal for CHOOSE Act. The tuition/fees invoice will then be reviewed and approved. This usually takes 1-3 days. 

• Once the tuition/fees invoice has been approved, the funds to pay for your students' tuition and fees will be transferred from your students' account to the school's account. 

• For parents whose students are not enrolled in the CHOOSE Act program this year, 

• You will not be receiving a tuition/fees invoice this month. Rather, we will have tuition/fees invoices for you at the parent orientation meeting on Monday, August 3. Please make sure to attend. 

• The $450 Book/QuickSchools fee must be paid for every student. If you have not yet paid that, you may pay it before school starts or at the parent orientation meeting. If you want to pay this fee before the parent orientation meeting, please stop by our school office any Tuesday morning in July between 9:00-12:00 PM. 

• The tuition for each of your children for the coming school year is based on the following schedule: 1st child enrolled = $4,050 (or $405/month); 2nd child enrolled = $3,775 (or $377.50/month); 3rd child enrolled = $3,500 (or $350/month); 4th child enrolled = $3,305 (or $330.50/month). 

• Tuition may be paid at the parent orientation meeting on August 3 or any time before August 10. August 10 is the late deadline for tuition payment. If you choose to pay tuition in monthly installments rather than a lump sum, your monthly tuition payment deadline will be the 10th of each month from August to May. After the 10th of each month a $25 late fee will be added. Accounts that become more than two months behind in tuition payments are subject to review by the school Board and possible dismissal of the student from ACS. 

• The school will once again be providing all of the standard school supplies for your enrolled students this year. However, the school does not provide a Bible or a backpack or lunchbox. Those items will need to be provided by parents. Each student should have a Bible in either the KJV or the ESV translation. For purposes of consistency and simplicity, those are the only two versions we permit for Bible classes. 

• We will keep you all informed of any additional information you need to know as we draw near to the beginning of school.
