4H: Reminder, the next 4H meeting is set for this Thursday March 5th. Parents, if your child is in 4H remember you are to pick them up at 3:15pm.

Parent/Teacher Conferences: PTC’s will be Monday March 16th. Schedules (for grades K5-6th) are being sent home today. If your scheduled time does not suit, please reach out to your child’s teacher for a different time option. Parents of students in grades 7th-12th, you are welcome to stop by the school between 2pm and 6pm to talk to your child’s teachers! However, if one or more of your child’s teachers contact you asking for a conference we expect you to come meet with them. That is not optional. Students will be released at 12:30pm this day.

Reenrollment: For any students who re-enroll for the 2026-2027 school year before April 1, ACS will waive the normal $50 application fee. *This fee is due for everyone including those on the CHOOSE ACT. For students who re-enroll between April 1-April 30, the application fee will be only $25, For students who re-enroll on/after May 1, the normal $50 application fee will be charged. Parents, due to an increase in new students for next year, spots have begun filling at a faster rate than normal. To ensure your child has a spot here at ACS for next year we encourage returning students to turn in forms by the end of this month!

CHOOSE ACT: The deadline for both re-enrollment and new enrollment is March 31st. If you are an Alabama resident and haven’t yet enrolled for the CHOOSE ACT for next school year please do so promptly.
