ACS Information Sheet

Envelopes: Envelopes do not need to be returned tomorrow as this is the last info sheet of the year.

Sports:

Volleyball open gym (for girl’s 6th-12th grade) will be on Tuesday and Thursday nights this summer from June 2nd– July 31st. These practices are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged! First official practice will be August 4th, 2025. Enrollment fees and physicals are due by August 4th for volleyball players.

Reminder, the adult co-ed volleyball tournament is coming up in July. Please contact Ms. Schrock if you would like to enter a team. Space is limited so reserve a spot soon!

Final Exams: Exams will take place Wednesday May 14th and Thursday May 15th. 12:30pm dismissal on both these days for the entire school. PE dress out will be allowed both days!

Awards Night: Awards night will be Thursday May 15th at 7pm. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Graduation: Graduation will be held Friday May 16th at 7pm. Reception to follow. Congratulations to the ACS class of 2025: Luke Amerson, Mary-Joyner Dean, Noah Fehr, Kaden Martin and Daniel Overton

Summer Office Hours: School office hours during the summer will be Tuesdays from 9am-12pm. Contact the school office if appointments need to be set outside of these hours.

Report Cards: Final report cards may be picked up from the office during summer hours starting on Tuesday June 10th, 2025. Please note: Parents only can pick up their child’s report card (s). They must be picked up physically from the office. We will not mail them!

Enrollment Forms/Fees: Enrollment forms must be turned in and enrollment fees must be paid in full prior to the first day of school. School starts back August 6th, 2025. *For students playing volleyball these items are due on August 4th, 2025 which is the first official volleyball practice.

Yearbooks: See Facebook for information over the summer regarding when yearbooks are ready for pickup.

Refund: Some of you will in your envelopes find some cash. This is a refund from lunch orders.

Looking Ahead:

May 14th-15th– Final Exams. 12:30pm dismissal on both days. PE DRESS OUT both days!

May 15th– Awards night @7pm

May 16th– Graduation @7pm

May 19th– August 5th– Summer Break. Have a great summer!

August 4th– Teacher Work Day
