Sports: Girls who have signed up to play volleyball, make sure you have an updated physical turned in to the office by August 1st! Open Gym will be on Tuesday nights (not on July 4th) from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. This is optional but encouraged for girls who plan to play volleyball this upcoming season. Starts June 6th

Summer Office Hours: School hours during the summer will be Tuesdays from 9am-12pm.

Yearbooks: Last chance to order your yearbook! Forms were sent home in the fall. Return them by tomorrow! A LIMITED amount of extra yearbooks will be ordered and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Report Cards: Reports cards will be available for pickup starting Tuesday, June 13 th 9am-12pm.

Awards Program: Our annual ACS awards program will be Thursday, May 25 th @7pm. Families are welcome to attend!

Graduation: ACS graduation will be Friday, May 26 th @7pm. The 2023 ACS senior class is made up of Elliot Classen, Claire Girby, Garrett Harper, Sydney Mast, Abby Weber, and Justus Zundel. Everyone is invited to attend graduation!

Automatic Payment Option: If you would like to set up a monthly automatic payment for tuition, please fill out the enclosed direct payment authorization form and return it with a voided check or a financial institution account verification letter.  The automatic debit will occur on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or Federal holiday, the debit will occur on the following banking date.

Welcome back to school!
Envelope: Every Tuesday there will be an envelope that goes home with a student in each family. Please look at ALL of the information in the envelope, sign the envelope, and return it to school the next day. There is a $3.00 replacement fee if it is lost.

Dress Code: For K-6 grade boys khaki or navy loose-fitting pants and hunter green, navy, or white polo shirts. Shirts must be tucked in.

K-6 Girls will wear khaki or navy pants or a knee-length navy or khaki jumper, skirt, or dress in a white, hunter green, or navy blue polo shirt that is not form-fitting.

7th – 12th – Boys will wear navy or khaki pants and a white or navy blue polo shirt. Pants must be pulled up (not sagging) and shirts must be tucked in.
